Finally we have home comfort not at our ear's expense. The noise of the high velocity fan and the related whistling/sqeaking sound appears to be history. Now we are barely aware that the furnace is doing its job. Our original expectation has been met. We are pleased. A special thank you to you, Tonie. You recognized our situation and responded as somone who is very serious about customer satisfaction. A special thank you to Dieter. He was able to get the furnace operating as it should. We appreciate his expertise. Thank you as well to Jason and Lance for determining that the lingering noise problem was with the furnace and not the ducting. Finally, thank you to both Torry and Sons and the Carrier rep. With the arrivial of the winter weather it feels real good to sit back and enjoy the comfort of our home.

To Tonie and Mike, When I decided this summer to exchange my oil furnace for a heat pump, I did my research and contacted several suppliers. I chose to give the contract to Torry &Sons for several reasons: They have many, many years of experience with heat pumps; they were willing to spend the time to answer all my questions, and did so competently; they have a good reputation; and their price was very competitive. The work started on time and was finished on time. Everyone working on the project was courteous, professional, approachable, and left the work space clean at the end of each work day.I was informed about the tasks they would be doing at the start of the work day and the steps they would be doing next at the end of the day. Again, my many questions were taken seriously; there were no "stupid questions". Everyone really knew his "stuff";. The thermostat was installed and programmed according to my preferences. Again, there was time to ask questions. Once the job was done, the customer service did not stop. When I needed assistance with a specific function of the new thermostat, Gary made a house call and showed my how to use the functions. I am happy with the choice I made.

From the start and estimate process, to the install and completion, it was evident that the company reflects a strong quality of workmanship.
This of course, reflects directly on the quality of the leaders in the company down to the young lad who sweeps the floors.
I was away on business during the install and your Team worked ever so gently around my wife who had just finished an operation. (Thanks for the personal care). I can't thank you and guys enough. I am sure we will enjoy the system for years to come. As I sit typing this email I look across the street at your Team installing a heat pump at our neighbors. That's three on our street alone in the past month or so. This says a lot to me in REF to quality, cost and service. BRAVO to everyone at Torry & Sons.

“In October of 2008 I contacted Torry & Sons in order to purchase and install a new furnace. My home is older, so it offered some challenges. These matters were discussed with me, so I had a complete understanding of the situation. It took an extra day, but at no time did I sense frustration from the crew. They arrived on time, and made sure the site was tidy when they left. Later I became aware of a noise that concerned me. It was addressed in short order, which delighted me. I have since contacted them for other matters. A problem with my gas hot water tank, and an install on a gas insert. When parts were necessary, another apt. was made straight away, I was never left hanging. Their rates are very competitive, which when combined with being good at what they do, makes them the easy choice."

“We approached various contractors about installing a heat pump to replace our old heating system, because of the time line that we wanted and the housing boom, only two contractors bid on the job. Torry and Sons were slightly lower in their bid and also assured us that they could do the job within our time constraints. We agreed on a time to start and when it would be finished, they came exactly as promised and were done on schedule. Our major concern was for our two year old grandson who was living with us and being without heat in October. Since the heatpump installation any concerns have been dealt with over the phone if possible,or prompt service by Dieter their electrician."
